GLEESON HOLDS FIRM TO SCOOP £15,000 JACKPOT!
James Gleeson from Essex held on to overall top spot in Select A Cheltenham Stable to pick up the winners cheque for £15,000, thanks to his final runner, Trenchant.
In finishing 5th in the JCB Triumph Hurdle, Alan King's horse pushed Gleeson away from the other runners in the top 10, with a final score of 137 points.
Sandhurst's Richard Poole finished in second place with 132 points, collecting £1,000, and the top 5 was completed by Jordanstown's David Maguire (£500), Simon Luker from Cambridge (£300) and Morpeth's Matt Scovell (£200).
K Tily from Langley was the winner of Friday's daily £2,000 prize, scoring 113 points, thanks in no small part to the performances of Bankers Zaynar (30pts) and Kauto Star (22pts). Click here to see the full list of winners.
